Magnesium scrap buyers

We busy ourselves with magnesium scrap processing every day. We certainly also do this out of necessity, now that insiders claim that magnesium reserves are dwindling and threatening to become scarce. The application options for magnesium are increasing, as is demand, while the available amount of magnesium is actually decreasing. Magnesium scrap processing is therefore becoming increasingly important.

Magnesium supplies are under threat according to the experts

Supplies of magnesium are anything but inexhaustible. If we do not take note of this fact, problems can arise in the long term. Because we manage magnesium scrap processing, we turn used magnesium into magnesium that is ready for re-use again and so, there is no need for ‘fresh’ magnesium to keep being used.

Experts claim that magnesium is under threat of depletion, just like other natural resource materials. By applying magnesium scrap processing we hope to contribute to preventing this situation to evolve.

Supplies are is dwindling and demand is increasing

While scarcity threatens and magnesium scrap processing is thus becoming increasingly important, demand is increasing at the same time. For instance, magnesium can produce a super-light laptop, lighter than any other material. Also, the fact that we are keeping our electrical equipment for less time is not a good thing. We always get rid of our electric devices sooner because new units continue to become available. As a result, magnesium scrap processing is increasingly important and it is for precisely for this reason that we buy magnesium waste worldwide.

Making lighter cars with magnesium

Demand for magnesium is also growing in the automotive industry. Using magnesium means making lighter cars; cars that are also more fuel-efficient. In everything, magnesium is better and lighter than the products currently being used, such as carbon and aluminium. In this context, demand will also increase. We cannot possibly continue at this pace. If we do, we can be sure that magnesium supplies will decline very quickly.

The lightest of structural materials

Besides its lightweight quality, magnesium provides excellent heat dissipation and has a slightly higher density than glass and plastics. Magnesium is the lightest of all structural materials. Magnesium is highly impact resistant and has very specific rigidity. Magnesium is also most suitable for shielding electromagnetic interference without filters. Therefore, the benefits of using magnesium are countless. Incidentally, there is no free magnesium in the environment; it reacts with oxygen. Magnesium can therefore be called particularly environmentally-friendly.

Twenty years of experience

Magnesium scrap processing is simply needed to prevent magnesium shortages from now on. This is why we buy magnesium waste worldwide for recycling and processing. Especially now that supplies are decreasing while demand is actually increasing, measures must be taken. We have been taking these measures for over 20 years; this is how long we have already recycled magnesium. Recycling is also excellent for the environment and by recycling, growth of the scrap heap can be inhibited.
